Reasonable revisions stay within the same Case.
Adding supporting documents or adjusting an explanation letter for the same applicant and application will not be charged again.

What counts as one case?
One complete study permit application workflow for one primary applicant. Reasonable revisions within the same application remain part of that case.
When is a new case created?
A new primary applicant, a completely rebuilt application, or a new study permit application is counted as a new case.
How do Case Credits relate to Cases?
As a general estimate, 100 Case Credits is approximately one Standard Case. Actual usage may vary depending on the application workflow and complexity.
Do unused credits /cases roll over?
No. Included credits / cases allowances reset each month and do not carry forward.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the remaining period charged on a prorated basis.
How does annual billing work?
Annual subscriptions are paid once per year, save approximately 5% versus monthly billing, and provide the same Credit allocation each month.
