Company and platform role
DemiPi is operated by Demi Pi Technologies Inc., a corporation registered in Canada with its registered office in the Province of Québec.
DemiPi is a technology and productivity platform that helps immigration professionals and authorized users prepare, organize, review, and export application materials.
DemiPi does not act as a lawyer, immigration consultant, authorized representative, filing agent, or government service. It does not sign or submit applications or communicate with immigration authorities on a user’s behalf. Users must review, download, and personally submit their completed materials through the applicable government channel.
Information we collect
ACCOUNT AND BUSINESS INFORMATION
Names, contact details, organization and role information, account credentials, billing and subscription details, transaction history, credit usage, and communications with DemiPi.
CUSTOMER CONTENT
Information uploaded, entered, generated, or processed through the Services may include applicant identity, passport and government identification details, immigration and travel history, education, employment, financial and family information, forms, declarations, correspondence, and supporting documents.
TECHNICAL AND USAGE INFORMATION
IP address, browser and device data, login and security activity, feature usage, dates and times, diagnostics, cookies, subscription information, and credit usage.
How we use information
DemiPi may process information to provide requested features; generate, organize, review, and export application materials; administer and secure accounts; process payments and credits; provide support; operate, maintain, evaluate, develop, and improve the Services; prevent fraud and security incidents; communicate service information; comply with law; and protect legal rights.
Our commitment
DemiPi does not sell Customer Content or applicant information, and does not use Customer Content for third-party advertising or data-brokerage purposes.
AI-assisted processing and service improvement
DemiPi uses automated and AI-assisted technologies for drafting, summarization, information organization, workflow assistance, issue identification, and document review. Customer Content may be processed as reasonably necessary to provide the AI-assisted functions requested by the user.
AI training
DemiPi does not use identifiable Customer Content to train general-purpose AI models.
DemiPi may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data to evaluate performance, identify technical errors and usage patterns, improve platform functionality and workflows, develop and test product features, and improve the security, reliability, and usability of the Services.
DemiPi applies reasonable measures intended to prevent aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information from being associated with an identifiable individual. AI-generated materials must always be independently reviewed.
Service providers and disclosures
DemiPi may use providers supporting hosting, storage, infrastructure, security, payments, communications, customer support, analytics, performance monitoring, AI-assisted processing, and professional services. They may process information on DemiPi’s behalf where reasonably necessary for their function.
DemiPi does not authorize providers to sell Customer Content or use it for unrelated third-party advertising. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, investigate misuse, protect rights and safety, obtain professional advice, complete a corporate transaction, or follow a customer’s lawful direction.
Processing location
DemiPi and its providers may process or store information in Canada or other jurisdictions. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to local laws. DemiPi uses measures it considers appropriate to address privacy and security considerations, subject to applicable law.
Security
DemiPi uses reasonable administrative, technical, contractual, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and Services. No electronic transmission, processing, or storage system is completely secure, and DemiPi cannot guarantee that security incidents will never occur.
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and devices, managing team permissions, limiting access to authorized individuals, protecting exported files, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Retention and deletion
DemiPi retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and administer the Services, maintain accounts, complete the purposes for which information was collected, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping requirements.
DemiPi will delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Deletion from active systems may not result in immediate deletion from encrypted backups, system logs, or disaster-recovery systems. Information remaining in those systems will be protected from ordinary use and removed or overwritten according to the applicable backup and retention cycle.
Customers are responsible for retaining independent copies required for their business, professional, regulatory, or legal obligations.
Privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, information about use or disclosure, withdrawal of consent for future consent-based uses, deletion or de-indexation where available, and a copy of eligible computerized personal information.
Where DemiPi processes applicant information for a customer, the applicant should normally direct the request to that customer. DemiPi may verify identity and limit a request where permitted by law.
Minors and policy changes
The Services are intended for professional and organizational users. Information about a minor may be processed where the customer has lawful authority and has obtained any authorization required by law.
DemiPi may update this Policy as its Services, technologies, practices, or legal obligations evolve.

Company, acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern the DemiPi website, platform, software, AI-assisted features, subscriptions, credits, and related services. The Services are provided by Demi Pi Technologies Inc., a corporation registered in Canada with its registered office in the Province of Québec.
By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
No representation or filing service
DemiPi is a productivity tool—not a lawyer, immigration consultant, representative, agent, or filing service. It does not provide legal opinions, sign documents, submit applications, communicate with authorities for users, or guarantee results.
The user is responsible for reviewing, downloading, and submitting materials, selecting the submission channel, paying government fees, and monitoring deadlines and status.
Accounts and Customer Content
You are responsible for accurate information, credential security, authorized access, account activity, and reporting suspected unauthorized access.
You retain your rights in Customer Content and grant DemiPi a limited right to host, copy, transmit, analyze, format, transform, and process it as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, support, evaluate, develop, and improve the Services, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. You confirm that you have lawful authority and required consent.
AI-assisted output
Automated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. You must independently review it, verify facts and requirements, confirm suitability, obtain signatures, and make all final professional and submission decisions.
Subscriptions and payments
Plans, prices, credit allocations, and limits are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Unless otherwise disclosed, subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval, taxes are additional, subscription credits are allocated monthly, and unused monthly credits do not roll over or have cash value.
You authorize DemiPi and its payment provider to charge recurring fees, taxes, and authorized purchases.
Credits
Usage varies by feature, document quantity, processing volume, workflow, and complexity. Standard Case references are estimates, not guaranteed conversion rates.
Unless otherwise stated, additional packs expire 30 calendar days after purchase, are non-refundable except where required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to unrelated accounts, and are used in earliest-expiration order.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Monthly plans remain active through the paid month; annual plans through the paid annual term.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, prorated refunds are not provided, and expired or unused credits are not refundable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services unlawfully; upload information without authority; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; circumvent security, technical, or credit restrictions; scrape or reverse engineer where prohibited; resell access without permission; or claim DemiPi approved, submitted, or guaranteed an application.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
DemiPi and its licensors retain rights in the software, interfaces, branding, documentation, templates, workflows, and underlying technology. Paid users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for internal professional or business purposes.
Each party will use reasonable measures to protect the other party’s non-public confidential information.
Availability and suspension
DemiPi may add, update, replace, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features as its technology, security, operations, and legal obligations evolve. It does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
DemiPi may suspend access for security risk, suspected misuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violations.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis. DemiPi does not guarantee approval, processing time, continuous availability, complete accuracy, or satisfaction of every user obligation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DemiPi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses. Except where liability cannot be limited, aggregate liability will not exceed fees paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Québec law and applicable federal laws of Canada. Subject to mandatory rights, disputes will be submitted to courts having jurisdiction in Montréal.
